Kelly's Korner

Kelly’s career blends coaching, leadership development, culture creation, strategic outreach, board training and development.  Training college athletes to perform at the highest level led to training employees to lead in an empowered environment, while being cognizant of professional messaging to the community.

Kelly helps organizations and individuals create effective leadership strategies with emphasis on individual accountability, empowerment, teamwork, and effective resource management. Her engagement helps build interpersonal strengths and strategically repurpose areas of ineffectiveness.

With decades of experience using various channels and tools, she brings perspective and concrete avenues of agility to the daily life of ever-changing climates in businesses, organizations, and nonprofit entities.

Her collegiate athletic coaching experience combined with research-based education, and years of leadership development work creates a versatile and effective palate from which to create workable solutions. 

Her education includes Masters of Organizational Communications, University of Kansas, Bachelors of Public Relations, University of Idaho. She is an Emotional Intelligence Analyst, a Certified Health Worker, a Mental Health First Aid Trainer and DISC Behavioral Analyst.
